Housing Supervision

For over 10 years we have offered rentals of properties in Bohuslän and the owners of these have often asked us for different kinds of services related to their properties. We have now developed this part of our business and will offer a wide range of services for those of you who need help with inspection and maintenance of your properties when you are not here.

Below you can find our yearly subscription offers for those of you who want a safe and ongoing service of your properties. For those of you who choose one of these yearly subscription we have included a discount of 10-15% on our services if these are booked separately.

Our add-on services can be booked separately or as add-ons to the yearly subscriptions. For those of you who have a yearly subscription you are offered 10% discount on all add-ons you choose on top of your yearly subscription.

A selection of services and offers

RUT-deduction is offered on most services which reduces the services with up to 50% of the labour cost.

Since 1/1 2021 the RUT-deduction is valid on even more services!

Cleaning

Can be ordered when required.
We offer construction, moving and office cleaning as well as home cleaning for both private and corporate customers.

Price example:
550 kr/h incl. VAT

Cleaning of av terrace/patio

NO RUT-deduction (Possibly ROT-deduction)

Cleaning of patio with high pressure cleaners.

Price example:
Fixed price: 3590 kr incl. VAT up to 60m2. Above that size we charge 550kr/h excl VAT.

Grass mowing

RUT-deduction

We take care of the mowing so you can relax. Mowing 2 times / month during May to September. Can also be booked for single occasions (590 kr/h incl. VAT).

Price example:
Season price 5400kr incl. VAT. This is also included in the Medium and Premium package.

Window cleaning

Before spring and summer we offer window cleaning.

Price example:
550 kr/h incl. VAT

Property rentals

NO RUT-deduction

For those of you who do not use your property all or part of the summer. We have over 10 years of experience in cabin and room brokerage. We work from Hamburgsund Infocenter and have our own online booking and are also connected to Booking.com

Other conditions:
Compensation for travel is added to the price with 29kr / mile, with starting point in Hamburgsund. Invoicing of package prices takes place in February and September depending on the selected annual subscription (refers to base, medium or premium packages). Ongoing work is invoiced in connection with the work being performed or when a separate subscription is booked.

Let the craftsmen in and lock the door after they are done, put out the ladder for the chimney sweeper etc. 4 times a year.

Key Storage
We store an extra key in a high security cabinet that is used for craftsmen, if you have friends visiting or if you have locked yourself out.
